"As a captain Of the Norristown Eagles football team he helped lead them to a over all 9-2 record and a playoff spot that had not be achieved since 2000. They were also the Suburban One American League champions with an out right claiming of the trophy that they had not had in 57 years. Evan Achieved 1^st team All-Suburban One League honors for Offense and Defense; 3^rd team All-southern Pa. for defensive end; and Honorable Mention All-State for Tight End; also qualified for states in the Shot-Put where he placed 6^th overall.
